Description

• Manage all phases of public/municipal projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee procurement, change orders, and cost control measures.
• Drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in Public/Municipal construction.
• Strong understanding of government contracts and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
