Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects within the property industry. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks and drive successful project completion.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A strong background in construction management within the property industry.
• 5- 10 year of indsutry related experience.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Completion of multi-million dollar multifamily ground up projects.
• High- rise and student housing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and safety standards.
