Philadelphia - Luxury Home PM
Lead the delivery of high-end custom home projects for a well-established luxury home builder in Palm Beach County.
This role offers full project ownership, direct client interaction, and long-term growth within a stable, relationship-driven luxury home firm.

Our client is an established luxury residential builder specializing in custom homes throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding coastal markets. Description
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate daily with Superintendents to drive schedules and field execution
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation
Track budgets, cost reports, and project forecasts
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants
Lead project meetings and participate in site walks
Ensure quality, schedule, and client expectations are met
Profile
4-8 years of experience in luxury residential or custom home construction
Proven background managing custom homes (not multifamily)
Experience with ground-up and renovation projects
Project experience in Palm Beach County strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Seeking long-term growth with a luxury-focused builder
Job Offer
Base salary $125K-$160K, depending on experience
