Philadelphia - Luxury Home PM

• Lead the delivery of high-end custom home projects for a well-established luxury home builder in Palm Beach County.

Description

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Coordinate daily with Superintendents to drive schedules and field execution

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation

• Track budgets, cost reports, and project forecasts

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants

• Lead project meetings and participate in site walks

• Ensure quality, schedule, and client expectations are met

Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in luxury residential or custom home construction

• Proven background managing custom homes (not multifamily)

• Experience with ground-up and renovation projects

• Project experience in Palm Beach County strongly preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Seeking long-term growth with a luxury-focused builder

Job Offer

• • Base salary $125K-$160K, depending on experience
