Project Manager - Self Storage Facilities

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong ground-up tilt-up construction experience to oversee a series of new self-storage facilities in Delray Beach, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to lead from preconstruction through closeout while working with a reputable and growing general contractor.

Description

• Lead all phases of tilt-up self-storage projects from planning to turnover.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and contract administration.

• Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure safety, quality control, and efficient construction sequencing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

• Oversee project reporting, documentation, and financial tracking to ensure adherence to company standards.

Profile

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with direct experience in tilt-up projects.

• Strong understanding of self-storage facility construction is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to manage ground-up projects independently and drive them to successful completion.

• Excellent communication, budgeting, and organizational skills.

• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains strong attention to detail.

• Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools.
