Director of Process Engineering
The Director of Process Engineering will lead and optimize manufacturing processes within the fast-paced food industry. This role focuses on driving efficiency, innovation, and quality across all engineering and manufacturing operations in Berkeley.

Description
- Lead process engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on engineering and production goals.
- Oversee the introduction of new technologies and equipment to optimize production.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team to foster professional growth.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Profile
A successful Director of Process Engineering should have:
- A strong background in engineering and manufacturing within the FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
- Expertise in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Hybrid role that sill sit out of either the California or New Jersey Facility
Job Offer
- OTE ranges from $150,000 to $195,000 annually.
