The Director of Process Engineering will lead and optimize manufacturing processes within the fast-paced food industry. This role focuses on driving efficiency, innovation, and quality across all engineering and manufacturing operations in Berkeley.

• Lead process engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on engineering and production goals.
• Oversee the introduction of new technologies and equipment to optimize production.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team to foster professional growth.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Profile

A successful Director of Process Engineering should have:

Hybrid role that sill sit out of either the California or New Jersey Facility

Job Offer

• OTE ranges from $150,000 to $195,000 annually.
