Description

• Analyze current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize technology solutions.

• Provide expert advice on IT management best practices and tools.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Train and support staff in adopting new technologies and processes.

Profile

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in the U.S.

* Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT operations and services is a plus

* Language: Mandarin speaking required

* Core Competency: Ability to perform the job effectively is the primary decision factor

Priority Skills:

* Strong finance background (Mandarin is less critical at this stage)

* Expertise in budget analysis, financial/data analysis

Role Details:

* Position sits within the IT team, focusing on reviewing IT finances, budgets, contracts, and related analysis
