Lead $20M-$40M multifamily projects with a well-funded, vertically integrated builder. This is a low-burnout Superintendent role with real support and consistent work.

A privately owned, 50+ year multifamily builder/developer delivering $250M-$300M annually. The company self-funds projects, runs its own construction and property management arms, and maintains a steady pipeline of garden-style communities.

Description

* Run day-to-day site operations on $20M-$40M builds

* Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality

* Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and turnover

* Lead assistant superintendents during framing and closeout

* Partner with field leadership on execution and delivery

Profile

* 5+ years as a multifamily Superintendent

* Experience with wood-frame, 3‑story projects

* Comfortable leading large crews and subs

* Strong grasp of schedules and site logistics

* Steady, organised, field-focused leader

Job Offer

Salary: ~$90,000 base + 60‑day guarantee
