Description

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for CNC operations to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure optimal product development and manufacturing methods.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Oversee machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting for CNC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Train and support the production team on CNC operations and best practices.
• Work with suppliers to source and evaluate materials and equipment as needed.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.

Profile

A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• 5+ years of CNC Manufacturing Engineering experience
• No degree is required but referred
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in process improvement and production optimization within engineering and manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant tools.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
