CNC Manufacturing Engineer- Industrial- Bloomfield, CT
Responsible for developing and optimizing CNC machining processes for complex aerospace and defense components. Focus on improving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and supporting new product introduction from concept to production. Collaborates with design, programming, and operations teams to deliver precision parts on time.

Description
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for CNC operations to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure optimal product development and manufacturing methods.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Oversee machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting for CNC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Train and support the production team on CNC operations and best practices.
- Work with suppliers to source and evaluate materials and equipment as needed.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.

Profile
A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- 5+ years of CNC Manufacturing Engineering experience
- No degree is required but referred
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, operations, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in process improvement and production optimization within engineering and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant tools.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
