Description

• Supports the Superintendent in managing day‑to‑day field operations on site work and heavy civil projects.
• Coordinates subcontractors and crews performing earthwork, utilities, grading, concrete, and infrastructure installations.
• Monitors safety compliance, conducts toolbox talks, and enforces site safety protocols.
• Tracks project progress, quantity reporting, and schedule milestones to keep work on target.
• Reviews plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure construction activities meet quality standards.
• Helps resolve on‑site issues, conflicts, and technical challenges to maintain workflow.
• Oversees material deliveries, equipment coordination, and site logistics.
• Communicates regularly with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to support smooth project execution.
