Assistant Superintendent
A Civil Assistant Superintendent helps coordinate daily field operations, ensuring earthwork, utilities, concrete, and infrastructure activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plans. They support the superintendent by managing subcontractors, monitoring quality and progress, and resolving on‑site challenges to keep the project on schedule.

Description
- Supports the Superintendent in managing day‑to‑day field operations on site work and heavy civil projects.
- Coordinates subcontractors and crews performing earthwork, utilities, grading, concrete, and infrastructure installations.
- Monitors safety compliance, conducts toolbox talks, and enforces site safety protocols.
- Tracks project progress, quantity reporting, and schedule milestones to keep work on target.
- Reviews plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure construction activities meet quality standards.
- Helps resolve on‑site issues, conflicts, and technical challenges to maintain workflow.
- Oversees material deliveries, equipment coordination, and site logistics.
- Communicates regularly with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to support smooth project execution.
