We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of ground-up luxury custom homes valued at $10M+. This is a unique opportunity to oversee high-profile projects in one of South Florida's most exclusive markets.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction for luxury custom homes from pre-construction through closeout.

• Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Coordinate closely with architects, designers, and homeowners to maintain project vision and client satisfaction.

• Lead and mentor on-site teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operations.

• Provide regular project reporting and updates to ownership and stakeholders.

Profile

• 7+ years of project management experience with a general contractor or custom homebuilder.

• Proven track record delivering ground-up custom homes valued at $10M+.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and client expectations.

• Deep knowledge of high-end finishes, luxury construction methods, and vendor management.
