Project Manager- Custom Homes

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead $10M+ ground-up custom home builds in the Fort Lauderdale area. This individual will oversee all phases of luxury residential construction, ensuring exceptional quality, schedule performance, and client satisfaction.

Description

  • Lead all aspects of ground-up custom home construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and quality control.

  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and owners to maintain alignment on project scope and design intent.

  • Conduct regular site visits, oversee field teams, and ensure adherence to high-end residential construction standards.

  • Manage procurement, change orders, RFI processes, and project documentation.

  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local building codes and best practices.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and exceptional service.

Profile

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within high-end custom residential construction, specifically managing ground-up homes valued at $10M or more.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, design-driven builds with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to lead subcontractors, field staff, and design partners in a collaborative and positive manner.

  • Proficient in construction management software, scheduling tools, and project documentation systems.

  • A proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate issues and maintain project momentum.
