Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and drive all aspects of property construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of construction processes and effective leadership skills.

Description

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and present project documentation and reports to senior management as required.
