Lead Superintendent - Multifamily

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a major $200M multifamily project in Hyannis, featuring multiple buildings, garages, and amenities such as a clubhouse. This role will also support future projects in nearby Falmouth.

Description

The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will be responsible for:

• Lead on-site construction operations and coordinate multiple building components including garages and community spaces.
• Collaborate closely with project management and design teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Use technology tools (Procore, Bluebeam) to streamline workflow and communication.
• Conduct walkthroughs and quality inspections with key stakeholders.

Profile

The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily construction will have:

• 10+ years of superintendent experience with a General Contractor or Builder/Developer.
• Proven leadership on multiple multifamily projects valued between $80M-$150M+.
• Construction-related degree preferred.
• Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications required.
• Strong proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-building multifamily developments efficiently.
