Description

• Manage daily on-site operations for multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Track project progress and report updates to key stakeholders regularly.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.

Profile

A successful Senior Multifamily Superintendent should have:

• Proven expertise in multifamily property construction management.
• Multifamily project experience in the $25 million dollars or greater.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.

Job Offer
