Tax Manager - ENERGY - NYC
The Tax Manager will oversee all compliance and provision processes, as well as work on some international tax and transfer pricing matters.

Our client is a vertically integrated player in the global energy sector, focused primarily on delivering natural gas solutions. It specializes in developing infrastructure that connects gas supply with end-users, particularly in regions transitioning from oil-based fuels to cleaner alternatives.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Tax Manager include the following:
- Oversee the preparation and review of federal, state, and international tax returns
- Oversee tax provision and reporting
- Tax planning and strategy
- Some involvement in transfer pricing!
Profile
The ideal Tax Manager will possess the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of corporate compliance and provision experience
- Some exposure to international tax is a plus
- CPA preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
