Project Manager- $40M Healthcare Facility
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $40M ground-up medical facility in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. This is a career-defining opportunity for a construction professional with proven healthcare project experience at a similar scale.

Description
Lead the project team from preconstruction through project closeout on a $40M medical facility.
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee compliance with healthcare construction standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners to address challenges and keep the project on track.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to project staff.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a strong portfolio of healthcare projects in the $30M-$50M+ range. They must demonstrate excellent organizational, leadership, and client-facing skills with a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
