Description

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Lead project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, to drive project success.

• Coordinate directly with owners, architects, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure compliance with specialized regulations and facility requirements.

• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and risk management.

• Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and seamless project delivery.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in project management within the healthcare construction sector, with a track record of delivering projects in occupied or operational healthcare facilities. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
