Contract Attorney

This is an exciting opportunity for an In-House Contract Attorney to join a fast-paced legal team in the professional services technology industry. The role involves providing expert legal advice, with a focus on commercial contracts, in a temporary capacity (3 month contract October-December 2025).

Description

As In-House Contract Attorney this role involves:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, including commercial subscription agreements, amendments, service level support agreements, consultant agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other related agreements related to software, licensing, and B2B commercial partnerships.
• Handle full-cycle client contracting cycle from first draft to signature.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills - the ability to drive a high volume of contracts in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to update them on the contract lifecycle, address legal concerns and provide guidance on business contract decisions.
• Collaborate with the wider legal team - leading contract negotiations and processes.

Profile

The In-House Contract Attorney should have demonstrable:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admittance to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
• Proven experience in fully cycle contract management - drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Salesforce experience.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation in a fast-paced professional services technology environment beneficial but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple contracts efficiently in a busy matrix environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
