Traveling Superintendent - Charleston, SC
Join a nationally recognized hospitality GC delivering high-end renovation projects across the U.S. This is a great opportunity for a Traveling Superintendent to take ownership of fast-paced hotel projects while benefiting from the support and resources of a major construction group.

Our client is a specialized hospitality renovation contractor with projects nationwide, recently acquired by a leading $2B construction firm. The company offers a strong culture, growth from within, and the unique combination of a close-knit team backed by large-scale resources.
Description
- Lead hospitality renovation projects ($3M-$50M) nationwide
- Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Coordinate schedules, quality, and safety standards
- Oversee fast-track renovation timelines in active hotel environments
- Travel extensively across the U.S. as project demands require
Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of hospitality renovation experience
- Willingness to travel nationally on a consistent basis
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing fast-paced renovation projects
Job Offer
Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000 (based on level)
- ESOP through parent company
