The Assistant Project Manager Family will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Description
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address potential issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to maintain strong relationships and address concerns promptly.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions.
