Superintendent - Iindustrial/TiltWall

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead industrial warehouse and tilt-wall construction projects across the Southeast. This is a key field leadership position with a reputable, growth-oriented builder offering a steady pipeline of high-quality projects.

Description

• Oversee all phases of on-site construction from start to finish, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff

• Enforce and promote strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures

• Conduct site inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship standards

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project momentum

• Maintain daily reports, schedules, and other documentation to support project tracking and accountability

Profile

• Has 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial or commercial construction

• Demonstrates proven success managing tilt-wall warehouse projects

• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills, able to coordinate large teams and complex logistics

• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving on-site challenges

• Holds OSHA 30 certification (preferred) and a deep understanding of construction safety standards

• Embraces a hands-on leadership style and takes pride in delivering projects to the highest quality
