Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Projects

$130,000 - $150,000/Year

Assist and support project team with daily project coordination, assuming main responsibility for meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals. Proficient in business development and networking capabilities.

Description

The Senior Project Manager will:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Profile

A successful 'Senior Project Manager' should have:

  • Proven experience running multiple projects at once
  • 4+ experience as a Project Manager
  • Ground up Multifamily and/or Assisted Living Facility
  • Ability to mentor and train new hires
  • Proficient in computer software including MS Office and project management software.
  • Ability to plan and see the 'big picture'.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
