Description

• Plan and define project scope to ensure clear objectives and deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets and financial tracking to keep projects within cost constraints.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Close projects successfully, including documentation and post-project evaluation.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
