Director of Warehousing and Logistics
The Director of Warehousing and Logistics will oversee and optimize all aspects of the supply chain and logistics operations within the Personal Care industry. This role is based in Los Angeles and requires strong leadership and expertise in procurement and supply chain management.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Director of Warehousing and Logistics are
- Develop and implement strategic plans for warehousing and logistics to support the company's growth.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- This role will lead strategic oversight and hands-on management of domestic and international 3PL partnerships, including launching new providers and building relationships from the ground up to support scalable, compliant fulfillment operations.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline supplier relationships and improve delivery timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the warehousing and logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards within the supply chain operations.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

Profile
A successful Director of Warehousing and Logistics should have:
- Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
- Experience with oversight and hands-on management of domestic and international 3PL partnerships, including launching new providers and building relationships from the ground up.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and drive operational improvements.
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems such as netsuite.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Experience with inventory management and logistics optimization.
- Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in warehousing and logistics operations.
