Description

The Plumbing Superintendent-Commercial & Multifamily-Charleston will be responsible for:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee HVAC/mechanical projects from inception to completion
• Manage budgets, contracts, and project documentation
• Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular progress updates
• Drive cost control, efficiency, and risk management strategies
• Assist with budgets and cost control

Profile

The Plumbing Superintendent-Commercial & Multifamily-Charleston will have:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent on commercial or multifamily projects
• Stong knowledge of mechanical systems, installation methods, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership and client management skills
• Familiarity with project management software (Salesforce, Procore, or similar)
• A growth mindset and the ability to take ownership of projects and teams
