A Jupiter‑based general contractor known for its roots in healthcare tenant improvements and its expansion into ground‑up commercial work. The firm also operates a boutique luxury residential division and values long‑term relationships, teamwork, and cultural alignment.

Description

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations from mobilization through closeout
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance
* Coordinate closely with project managers and owners for seamless delivery
* Oversee GU commercial, healthcare TI, and high‑end residential renovations
* Maintain high standards of quality, communication, and client satisfaction

Profile

• 5+ years as a superintendent in commercial, healthcare TI, or luxury resi
* Strong experience with ground‑up builds and interior renovations
* Ability to run fast‑paced sites with multiple trades
* Proven communication and leadership skills
* Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and culture‑driven

Job Offer

Salary: $110,000-$130,000
