- Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to ensure timely execution.
- Track project progress, maintain compliance with building codes, and resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams to support smooth project delivery.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management, ideally in commercial interiors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
