Description

Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor team members to optimize performance and project outcomes.
• Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and client expectations.

Profile

Job Offer

• Competitive salary range of $95,500 - $125,500 annually.
• $125 per week vehicle allowance and 50% mileage reimbursement.
