Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Supervising and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintaining a safe and clean job site, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Monitoring project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Ensuring quality control and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Reviewing and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
• Facilitating communication among team members to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Documenting project activities and prepare reports as required.
