Traveling Superintendent
Are you ready to take charge of construction projects and oversee their successful completion? As a Traveling Superintendent in the commercial construction industry, you will lead on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Projects fall in to the following commercial sectors: retail, offices, restaurants, medical centers, & more.

Description
- Oversee daily on-site operations for construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to maintain schedules.
- Monitor project budgets and address any potential overruns proactively.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards.
- Travel to various project sites as required to manage multiple locations.

Profile
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing construction projects, preferably in the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites.
- A high level of commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range: $110,000- $125,000 annually.
