Senior Project Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial interior projects in Manhattan. This role requires a dynamic professional with exceptional leadership, organizational, and client-facing skills to manage multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Description
Project Leadership: Manage all phases of commercial interior construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
Team Coordination: Lead project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Budget & Cost Control: Develop and maintain project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Scheduling: Create and manage detailed project schedules, proactively addressing potential delays and mitigating risks.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations for craftsmanship and design integrity.
Compliance: Oversee adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and permit requirements.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and financial performance.

Profile
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in commercial interiors construction, preferably in Manhattan or similar urban markets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project), budgeting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of NYC building codes, permitting processes, and union/non-union labor practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build strong client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying issues early and implementing effective solutions.
