Project Manager: Luxury Mixed-Use Construction
A long-term client of mine is actively seeking a highly skilled project manager to join their team. This firm has been building in greater-Milwaukee for just over 10 years, and in that time has established themselves as major player. They are currently doing about $300M in annual revenue, with ambitious plans for sustainable growth. All qualified applicants will receive a call in under 24 hours.

Leading construction firm in Milwaukee known for delivering large multi-family and commercial projects. In this role, you will manage the preconstruction for projects up to $100M. In just 15 years, this firm has grown into a $250M company, offering a robust growth track (the current President started as a preconstruction manager). The approach their projects and people with a principle of integrity and respect above all.

Description
- Manage construction projects from design phase to closeout
- Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
- Assure all materials orders are executed
- Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
- Work alongside and communicate with sub contractors to move projects forward
- Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.)
- Participate in company training sessions
- Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites
Profile
The successful applicant for the Project Manager role will have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Construction field
- Estimating experience preferred
- Wood frame experience preferred
- Interest in interacting with clients/owners
- Easy-going, self-motivated, honest, and collaborative
- Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing projects
- Strong management ability
