This reputable general contractor is local to Miami-Dade & working on complex, large commercial and residnetial complexes locally. They value client satisfaction as well as a good work environment for their employees. They are working on multifamily, mixed use, hospitality, and some other large commercial projects actively. Seeking an interiors/ punch list focused superintendent to work under the Lead Superintendent on a large luxury multifamily building.

Description

• Manage and coordinate all interior trades (drywall, flooring, millwork, painting, MEP finishes, etc.)
• Lead punch list development, tracking, and closeout to ensure timely project completion
• Drive quality control inspections throughout finishing phases
• Oversee unit turnover process, ensuring readiness for owner occupancy or leasing
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Inspectors
• Maintain project schedules focused on interiors milestones and deliverables
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to avoid delays
• Ensure subcontractors meet quality, schedule, and workmanship expectations

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on interiors/finishes in multifamily or mixed-use projects
• Proven track record managing punch list and project closeout processes
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating multiple trades in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
