Interior/ Punch List Superintendent Miami, FL

- Local to Miami-Dade.
Client Details
This reputable general contractor is local to Miami-Dade & working on complex, large commercial and residnetial complexes locally. They value client satisfaction as well as a good work environment for their employees. They are working on multifamily, mixed use, hospitality, and some other large commercial projects actively. Seeking an interiors/ punch list focused superintendent to work under the Lead Superintendent on a large luxury multifamily building.
Description
- Manage and coordinate all interior trades (drywall, flooring, millwork, painting, MEP finishes, etc.)
- Lead punch list development, tracking, and closeout to ensure timely project completion
- Drive quality control inspections throughout finishing phases
- Oversee unit turnover process, ensuring readiness for owner occupancy or leasing
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Inspectors
- Maintain project schedules focused on interiors milestones and deliverables
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations
- Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to avoid delays
- Ensure subcontractors meet quality, schedule, and workmanship expectations
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on interiors/finishes in multifamily or mixed-use projects
- Proven track record managing punch list and project closeout processes
- Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating multiple trades in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
