Description

• Manage ground-up commercial projects ($5M-$20M)
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and execution
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout lifecycle
• Support preconstruction through closeout phases

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven ground-up commercial project experience ($5M-$20M)
• Strong tenure (no frequent job changes)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Offer

Salary range: $110,000 - $165,000
