Description
- Manage ground-up commercial projects ($5M-$20M)
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and execution
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout lifecycle
- Support preconstruction through closeout phases
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- Proven ground-up commercial project experience ($5M-$20M)
- Strong tenure (no frequent job changes)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
Salary range: $110,000 - $165,000
