Continuous Improvement Manager | Industrial
We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to champion operational excellence across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving cultural transformation by embedding continuous improvement principles into everyday practices. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on facilitator, coach, and strategist who can inspire teams to adopt lean methodologies and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall performance.

Our client designs and produces high-performance actuators used for precise control of valves, dampers, and other final control elements in industrial process applications.
Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive improvement roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity.
- Apply proven CI tools such as Value Stream Mapping, A3 problem-solving, Standard Work, Kanban, SMED, and other lean techniques.
- Establish clear KPIs and visual management systems to track progress and sustain gains.
- Mentor and train employees at all levels to build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate CI thinking into decision-making and management systems.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document best practices and ensure standardization across departments.
- Benchmark industry standards and evolve strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Promote a safe work environment by incorporating safety into all improvement initiatives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading CI initiatives in manufacturing or product-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of lean tools and methodologies (VSM, A3, Kanban, SMED, DFMA, VAVE).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Minitab).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
- Integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
