The Manufacturing Engineer | Precision Machining will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes in the Engineering & Manufacturing department. Description
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Optimize precision machining operations to ensure high-quality output and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to address challenges and improve workflows.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Support the introduction of new products and processes into manufacturing operations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production staff as needed.
- Maintain documentation for processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
Profile
- Strong knowledge of precision machining processes and manufacturing best practices.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of safety and quality standards in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
