Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes while building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
• Negotiate job offers and provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to better serve clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the recruitment team in Boston.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

• A strong interest in the B2B and B2C sales and relationship building
• 1-3 Years of Sales Experience
• Commutable to Boston
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Degree preferred but not required
