Interior Superintendent- Hospitality Projects
Our client is seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent to oversee high-end commercial interior build-outs across office and hospitality projects in Miami. This role is responsible for driving field execution, coordinating trades, and delivering fast-paced interior projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Known for their repeat clients, strong subcontractor relationships, and collaborative culture, they deliver technically complex projects for some of the region's most recognizable brands and developers.
Description
Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial interior, office, and hospitality projects
Manage all subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and inspections
Enforce safety, quality control, and project standards on site
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, designers, and ownership teams
Drive short-interval planning, look-ahead schedules, and punch list completion
Oversee material deliveries, work sequencing, and closeout activities
Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects
Proven background in office, hospitality, and fast-paced TI build-outs
Strong understanding of MEP coordination, finishes, and phased occupancies
Ability to lead multiple trades in an active, occupied environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
OSHA certification preferred
Experience working in the South Florida / Miami market is strongly preferred
