We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for complex ground-up healthcare construction projects in Miami. This role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional coordination skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare construction standards and compliance.

Description

• Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout for ground-up healthcare projects.

• Coordinate daily site operations, subcontractor performance, inspections, logistics, and safety compliance.

• Maintain project schedules, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions to avoid delays.

• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare construction requirements, infection control standards (ICRA), and all regulatory guidelines.

• Work closely with the Project Manager on budgeting, planning, documentation, and progress reporting.

• Oversee quality control, ensuring all work meets contract specifications and industry standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact onsite for ownership, architects, engineers, and inspectors.

Profile

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up healthcare construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of AHCA compliance, ICRA procedures, and hospital/facility construction best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in construction technology platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration.
