Superintendent- HealthcareConstruction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for complex ground-up healthcare construction projects in Miami. This role requires hands-on leadership, exceptional coordination skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare construction standards and compliance.

Description
Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout for ground-up healthcare projects.
Coordinate daily site operations, subcontractor performance, inspections, logistics, and safety compliance.
Maintain project schedules, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions to avoid delays.
Ensure strict adherence to healthcare construction requirements, infection control standards (ICRA), and all regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with the Project Manager on budgeting, planning, documentation, and progress reporting.
Oversee quality control, ensuring all work meets contract specifications and industry standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact onsite for ownership, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
Profile
5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up healthcare construction projects.
Strong knowledge of AHCA compliance, ICRA procedures, and hospital/facility construction best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in construction technology platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration.
