Technical Sales Manager - Thermal Shielding
Seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Manager to lead a team of technical professionals. This role demands coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving leadership. You will handle customer inquiries involving pricing, part performance, manufacturability, and supply logistics, while driving innovation and efficiency in quotation processes and program delivery.

Serve as the escalation contact for both internal teams and external clients.Executive Communication
Provide comprehensive technical and program-level updates to senior leadership, as needed.
Description

Profile
Required:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related discipline)
or equivalent-10+ years of relevant technical experience across engineering, supply chain, or technical sales roles.
Preferred:
Minimum of 5 years in leadership or technical sales management
Experience in precision manufacturing is a distinct advantage
- Excellent technical communication-both written and verbal-with the ability to simplify complex engineering concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical thinker with a focus on data-driven decisions and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams involving technical, supply chain, or account management.
- High sense of accountability, urgency, and ownership regarding outcomes.
- Comfortable making decisions that may involve trade-offs or be unpopular, always grounded in business needs.
Job Offer
- $130,000 - $140,000 base + 30% bonus target
