Description

• Manage daily onsite operations for mission‑critical data center builds.
• Coordinate complex MEP sequencing, subcontractors, and site logistics.
• Enforce strict safety, QA/QC, and commissioning protocols.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, MEP plans, and specifications.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with PMs, clients, and design teams.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation.
• Oversee inspections, integrated testing, start‑up, and commissioning support.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of highly regulated, schedule‑sensitive projects.
• Travel full‑time to project sites nationwide for long‑term assignments.

Profile

• 5-10+ years as a Superintendent in data centers, mission‑critical, or MEP‑intensive builds.
• Strong background in ground‑up construction and high‑complexity systems.
• Expert understanding of electrical, mechanical, and low‑voltage infrastructure.
• Skilled in coordinating multi‑trade technical environments and fast‑track schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and manage highly technical drawings and specs.
• Comfortable traveling full‑time for extended durations.
