Opportunity for an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground‑up and large‑scale data center projects across multiple U.S. markets.

A national contractor specializing in mission‑critical and high‑technical construction, delivering state‑of‑the‑art data centers for major tech and enterprise clients. They offer long‑term travel opportunities, strong operations support, and a steady pipeline of complex multi‑state projects requiring top‑tier field leadership.Description
- Manage daily onsite operations for mission‑critical data center builds.
- Coordinate complex MEP sequencing, subcontractors, and site logistics.
- Enforce strict safety, QA/QC, and commissioning protocols.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, MEP plans, and specifications.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings with PMs, clients, and design teams.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation.
- Oversee inspections, integrated testing, start‑up, and commissioning support.
- Ensure on‑time delivery of highly regulated, schedule‑sensitive projects.
- Travel full‑time to project sites nationwide for long‑term assignments.
Profile
- 5-10+ years as a Superintendent in data centers, mission‑critical, or MEP‑intensive builds.
- Strong background in ground‑up construction and high‑complexity systems.
- Expert understanding of electrical, mechanical, and low‑voltage infrastructure.
- Skilled in coordinating multi‑trade technical environments and fast‑track schedules.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and manage highly technical drawings and specs.
- Comfortable traveling full‑time for extended durations.
