The AVP CRE Appraiser will be responsible for conducting commercial real estate appraisals and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Description

• Conduct commercial real estate appraisals in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Analyze market trends and property data to determine accurate valuations.
• Prepare detailed appraisal reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the banking team to provide insights on property valuations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate markets and industry regulations.
• Ensure all appraisals meet audit and compliance standards.
• Support the review and approval of third-party appraisals.
• Assist in developing appraisal policies and procedures for the organization.

Profile

A successful AVP CRE Appraiser should have:

• 5+ years in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and market research.
• Knowledge of banking regulations related to real estate appraisals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Offer

• $95,000 - $130,000 base salary.
