Assistant Superintendent - Charleston, SC
Join a new mixed-use project in Charleston as an Assistant Superintendent. They are looking for for someone with strong multifamily experience and excellent communication skills.

A well-established General Contractor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use projects, committed to delivering high-quality construction and fostering team collaboration.
Description
- Assist in overseeing construction of a $25M mixed-use facility (stick over podium)
- Support scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
- Work closely with the Lead Superintendent and project team
- Ensure quality standards and timelines are met
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Profile
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
- Multifamily and mixed-use project experience
- Podium/concrete experience highly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in project delivery.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Relevant educational background in construction management or a related field.
