Superintendent - Multifamily and Commercial Construction

Description

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from planning through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project specifications.
• Enforce job site safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
• Monitor quality control and conduct inspections to ensure excellence.
• Resolve conflicts and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in large multifamily or commercial construction supervision as a Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
