Description

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects exceeding $100M, from preconstruction through closeout.

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain strong performance and accountability.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, design teams, and stakeholders.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and support staff.

Profile

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in multifamily construction, with proven success managing projects $100M+.

• Strong background in contract negotiations, project scheduling, and budget control.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
