Quality Engineer - Detroit Area
My client is seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in the industrial manufacturing space. This role involves ensuring quality standards are met and maintained throughout the Engineering & Manufacturing processes.

Description
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and develop corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control and assurance processes.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and procedures.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.

Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- A background in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
