The Commercial Estimator will play a critical role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects in the commercial market in Pueblo. Description

The Commercial Estimator will:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure competitive pricing.
• Track project costs and provide updates to ensure budgets are met.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Maintain a database of historical costs for future reference and benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during the estimation process.
