Senior Superintendent
The Senior Superintendent leads on-site execution of large or complex construction projects, overseeing schedules, subcontractors, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery. This role also mentors field teams, manages risk, and serves as the primary field representative to owners and project partners while driving operational excellence.

Description
- Deliver consistent results aligned with company goals for profitability, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of quality control, safety performance, and client service
- Act as the primary on-site liaison for owners and project stakeholders
- Plan, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules and enforce accountability across all parties
- Lead subcontractor coordination, daily and weekly field meetings, and Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, including contract requirements and constructability challenges
- Develop and enforce project-specific quality and safety plans
- Perform comprehensive project assessments to mitigate risks and prevent delays
- Support and promote self-perform work when applicable
- Mentor, train, and develop Project Engineers and junior Superintendents
- Contribute to the development and improvement of company field policies and procedures
- Support business development through strong industry and community relationships
- Oversee project closeout activities and post-construction issue resolution
- Foster a proactive, solutions-oriented team culture
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent trade experience
- Industry certifications (e.g., OSHA, PE, LEED, CMAA, ASHE, or similar) preferred
- 15-20+ years of progressive construction experience, including leadership roles on large-scale projects
- Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering complex construction projects
