Description

• Respond to incoming sales inquiries and proactively follow up with customers

• Recommend appropriate equipment solutions based on project requirements

• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with operations for timely delivery

• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and new prospects

• Collaborate with the outside sales team to maximize market coverage

Profile

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or rental equipment experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

• Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus, but not required
