Field Service Engineer - Houston

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support and maintain equipment in the manufacturing industry. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring optimal performance of machinery and systems.

Description

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to provide technical support and training when necessary.
• Document service activities, including maintenance logs and issue resolutions.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
• Stay updated on new technologies and equipment advancements relevant to the industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%

Profile

A successful Field Service Engineer should have:

• Strong technical knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field preferred.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical, mechatronics or industrial automation strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality service.
• Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
