Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a K-12 school construction project in compliance with DSA (Division of the State Architect) standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong communication and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee all DSA documentation, inspections, and closeout procedures.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of construction.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager - DSA Construction should have:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in building and construction project management, with a strong focus on DSA and K-12 projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering public school construction projects in California.
• In-depth knowledge of DSA processes, codes, and documentation requirements.
